The Project The Project is a big band with a big sound. Known for its broad pallet that blends the electric heat and driving rhythms of rock & roll with the soulful undertones of gospel and blues—from ballads to searing hard rock, from flute and saxophone to white hot and exquisite guitar solos— The Project creates an alchemical stew that satisfies the music lover, body and mind. Originated in 2007 as The Lee Lozowick Project by its poetic muse and lyricist, the late Lee Lozowick (1943-2010), the members of the band have recently coalesced into The Project, evolving the original spirit and vision of its founder to offer up a visual and auditory feast: a unique fusion of chaos, melody, and harmony, poetry and pulse in a creative amalgam that only rock & roll can be big enough to embrace.

Rock & Roll Unleashed—Heart and Soul

The eleven member band is a multi-cultural, transatlantic synthesis of musicians and singers from France, the United States, Britain and Germany.  American lead singers Kate Parker and Everett Jaime are joined by British and French vocalists Suekali Stubbs and Didier de Amorin to create an onstage revelry that infects their audience with a contagious experience of ecstasy. Performers and audience are melded together by a rock symphony of pure sound created by the musicians: virtuoso guitarist Franck Giambelluco; Mira Amadori on violin; Didier de Amorin on drums; Eric de Amorin on bass guitar; Charlotte Koelliker and Sian Biyou on backing vocals; Vincent Vigor  on flute; Adeline Vigor on keyboards; Volkmar Ernst on saxophone and Tina Zuccarello on banjo. With passion and abandon, The Project offers original and classic rock songs, creating a mood and atmosphere that must be danced and indeed fully lived.

Bekannt für ihre breite Palette an „Zutaten“ mischen sie treibende Rock & Roll-Rhythmen mit „souligen“ Untertönen von Gospel - oder Bluesballaden und hitzigen Hard Rock mit exquisiten Flöten - und leidenschaftlichen Violinsoli. Damit kreiert The Project einen alchemistischen „Eintopf“, der Körper und Geist gleichermaßen nährt. 2007 entstand die Band durch den poetischen Lyriker und Songwriter Lee Lozowick (1943-2010), als Lee Lozowick Project. Anfang diesen Jahres haben sich die Mitglieder der Band, als Tribut an ihren Gründer, zu The Project neu zusammengeschlossen, um den ursprünglichen Geist und die Vision von Lee Lozowick weiterzutragen. Das Fest der Sinne geht also weiter: Eine einzigartige Verbindung aus Chaos, Melodie und Harmonie, Poesie und Pulsieren – eine kreative Mixtur, die nur Rock & Roll in seiner ganzen Größe vereinen kann.
